Randy Sylvester

Randy came across Team Foster in 2018. Initially drawn to the cause Randy quickly got to know the leadership team and mission and knew Team Foster was something he really wanted to get more involved with.Randy attended Temple University for Electronic Engineering. He has held engineering and project management roles in the Cable TV, Commercial AV, Radio and Television Broadcast industries. Excited to help Team Foster grow and expand Randy will use his skills to help our Foster cycling events continue to evolve and expand starting with our inaugural Oil 2 Iron ride in Pittsburgh this November.

Mike Cashe

Mike comes to Team Foster with 19 years of experience as a Software Engineer. He currently serves as a Software Engineering Associate Manager at Lockheed Martin Rotary Mission Systems in Valley Forge, PA.

Mike has been a significant contributor to various community activities at Lockheed Martin and is a 2019 recipient of the Presidents Service Award for his involvement in the Philadelphia Science Festival, Young Minds at Work, and Junior Achievement, to name a few. He also served as an emcee for Lockheed’s CodeQuest event which brings together high school kids in the region and challenges them to compete against one another by solving tough coding problems. Mike also volunteered as a puppy raiser for Susquehanna Service Dogs in their first year of having raisers in the Philadelphia area. While Mike has never served in the military, his career at Lockheed Martin has afforded him the privilege of often working closely with members of our Armed Forces. These experiences have given Mike a great appreciation for the service and sacrifice of our military personnel. As a result, Mike has been naturally drawn to Team Foster and our mission to serve our military veteran community.

Mike received his Master’s degree in Management Information Science from Penn State and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Cheyney University
