Kate Ellison

dIRECTOR OF Policy and advocacy

Kate Ellison comes to Team Foster with ten years of experience in advocacy and communications. She currently works on the government relations team at UPMC and is a passionate advocate for mental health services and awareness. Kate is excited to be more involved in the organization and to lead Team Foster's efforts in the Pittsburgh region.

Kate has a Master's in Public Policy from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's from Westminster College. She lives in Pittsburgh with her beloved rescue pup, Dexter.
