Randy Sylvester

Randy comes to
Team Foster
with over 20 years of Project Management experience building audio-visual systems, radio and television broadcast studios, and company offices in over 50 markets nationwide. Randy was a 3-year participant in the Foster 100 before joining the board. He has had an affinity for helping our veterans after losing his childhood best friend in 2003 while serving in Iraq.
During the height of COVID, Randy was asked to assemble the inaugural Oil2Iron ride in less than three months. Three months later, more than a dozen riders safely traveled 100 miles from Erick's birthplace of Oil City, PA, to where he was commissioned at the University of Pittsburgh, raising over $10,000.
Randy attended Temple University for Electronic Engineering. He serves in his local Civic Association in addition to
Team Foster. Randy lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife and two teenage daughters, all of whom volunteer for
Team Foster
and enjoy helping the cause.
